Becoming a non-smoker

If you’re like most smokers, you’ve probably already made several attempts at “giving up”; most people who succeed have tried at least two or three times before they finally make it stick…. I know I did!


It’s been over ten years now since I had my last cigarette, but that’s not so long ago that I’ve forgotten what it was like to be where you are right now…


What would it mean to you to be free from tobacco forever? When you make the transition back to being a nonsmoker, you give yourself a wonderful gift; the gift of life. Not only will your own health improve enormously, but you will be a more positive influence on everyone around you; your family, your workmates, your friends.


However, the transition period can be uncomfortable. Having some extra support from an experienced health coach can make all the difference; it can make this time the time you succeed in becoming a nonsmoker…. for good.


I provide a 6-week program that guides you on your journey to freedom. As your coach I will provide a balance of compassionate support and accountability. Together we will maximise your motivation to care for your own health and wellbeing by becoming a lifelong nonsmoker. We will use proven tools and strategies for dealing with urges to smoke, and we will celebrate the benefits of greater health and vitality in your life.
